Instruction - Backup:

After connect with cell phone and plug into USB Charger, both green and blue light will stay lighted. When One Touch Assistant detected phone, two lights will both blink slowly six times for waiting confirmation. If no button pushed, One Touch Assistant will start to back up data from phone. During back up, green light will keep blinking. After the backup is completed, green light will remain on and One Touch Assistant will charger phone until battery is fully charged.
Note:
a) The speed of data backup is related to the data transfer rate of the cell phone, and the length of the contact list on your cell phone and SIM card. Hence, different cell phones can take different lengths of time to complete the backup. Usually, under normal conditions, the process takes a few minutes.
b) One Touch Assistant can only back up data when the phone is turned on.
c) If the green light stays light forever, please reconnect or update One Touch Assistant.
d) If you need to use the phone and wish to disconnect One Touch Assistant from your cell phone, you may do so at any time. However, you have to follow the above steps to restart the back-up process.
e) One Touch Assistant can store 1500-3000 contacts, the actual number depend on length of contact. Please don’t copy other files into One Touch Assistant and be careful of computer virus, which might cause error.

Restoration:

One Touch Assistant can restore data to cell phone. When you restore data, One Touch Assistant will compare your contacts in your cell phone with the one on One Touch Assistant. Contacts in One Touch Assistant that do not exist in your phone will be added to the phone. It is relatively safe because it only adds data to the phone and does not erase any data. The process takes longer time.
After connect with cell phone and plug into USB Charger, green light and blue light will stay lighted. When One Touch Assistant detected phone, two lights will both blink slowly six times for waiting confirmation. At this time, press button and wait until green light turns off and blue light lights, then release button, blue light will blink. One Touch Assistant starts to restore data in incremental restore mode and charge phone at same time.
After the incremental restoration process is completed, blue light will remain on and One Touch Assistant will charger phone until battery is fully charged.
Please ensure that there is enough space in your cell phone before you start the restoration process. That’s because some cell phones have limited contact storage capacity, which will make it impossible to add new contact to your cell phone if there is not enough space for it.
