ErskineSo far I am very happy with the L705 but I am still learning all the ins and outs of the unit. I have had trouble getting the camera to work for me and have also had trouble downloading apps from Android Market. These are my two biggest issues but am hoping that a firmware upgrade may help solve them. Can you tell me if there is somewhere that I can download the lastest firmware or if there is some other fix to these problems? Thanks

also actually Android O/S on these devices can not be upgraded because the particular hardware like L705 does not support Market. Whats more, android is not really universal and different companies develop different android o/s, so even you have a higher version of android from product A, you can not install it on product B.

RogerHi... im from malaysia... and i just came back from senzhen.. and i bought 1 to Malaysia... and im using the broadband Huawei E220... its good but sometimes the Tablet kick automaticly the 3G connection.. i dono Y... but so far.. Im using 32GB SD ...Its run well... and more movie and music i can surf.. Thanks... CHINA products its good... Thumbs Up to ur Manufacture.... Good Idea... So.. my suggestion... Next time.. do make new application that can support this kind of MID Tablet PC.. i mean.. sama quality with iOS IPad application... Jia You~~

Reply: hello, Jake, this is a very cheap tablet pc. the battery life is not long. but if you buy high end L728 etc, you will get very long battery life like more than 5 hours.
when a android tablet pc does come with 3g module built in, you do not need any sim card. even if has 3g sim slot, you can use wifi to connect the internet.

Reply: where did you buy? maybe yours is a problem one. another possibility is that the video you played was not the right format that this tablet can support. because this is a very low end economic model and you could not expect too much from it.
if you want perfect video playback, you can buy telechip and samsung solution devices like Babiken L728.

CurtHello, I bought the 2.2 android version of this chinese tablet. I recieved it in the mail today and I live in the United States. When I try to link my google accounts, go on the internet, or use the marketplace, it says I need a data plan, which i was told I didnt. Is this true? I was also receiving signal from a wireless modem of mine and also tried with my smartphone Wifi hotspot app. Same results. What can I do to be able to access the internet and my apps????

kyliel have just got new a 7\"netbook android 2.2 on it,wifi picks up from my own home connection, but i have a telstra 3g wireless stick for it and it wont work...it needs to work with the wireless stick as i am not always home..is there a way to get it to work?

AndreaYou\'re better off buying a more expensive tablet. I just got mine and the apps on this work terrible, the Netflix doesn\'t work, neither does skype or any video/video calling. Basically this tablet can\'t do anything except go on the internet. This device doesn\'t support Firefox. The touchscreen is terrible, just an overall fail of a tablet. Don\'t waste your time buying this.

However it originally would hook up to WIFI without too much trouble but now it will not. It reads the wifi signal from where we are but will not allow you to go online. No one can tell me how to fix it. It is not a problem with the ISP since my HP laptop will connect at the same location at the same time.

Reply: your tablet has problem for sure. you can do a factory reset to see if you can fix the problem. if not, you have to send it back to your seller to get a fix.
