*How can I make my order on your website?
Firstly, find the product that you are interested in and go to the very product page and then find "ADD TO CART"; put the quantity that you want to buy in the quantity box and finally click "ADD TO CART" button, and then the system will take you to the ordering process.
*Do I have to register on your website if I want to make orders with you?
Yes, you do.
*Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, We do.
*Why do you charge some percent for paypal orders?
Firstly our selling prices on the website do not include payal sales fee charged by Paypal on Babiken's paypal account. Secondly when paypal users in China want to withdraw money from paypal account, there will be a international bank wire transfer. Every time paypal charges around USD50 when you do a bank transfer to China because PayPal do not have right to do direct finacial business within China (unlike in other countries like USA, you can transfer the money to your bank account without paying this transfer fee because it is a domestic bank transfer.).
*Can you take credit card payment?
Sorry. No. But paypal takes Credit cards.
*What are your payment options?
PayPal
Bank Transfer (T/T, Bank Wire)
Western Union or MoneyGram
*When Babiken can send the order after I make payment?
Generally Babiken can send your order within two business days after it receives your payment.
But the payment arriving times are different if you choose different ways to send money.
Bank Transfer----It usually takes around 3 to 6 working days to arrive in China.
Western Union or MoneyGram----Babiken can usually get the money the second day after you send it.
*Is it safe to buy from Babiken?
Yes, it is.
Babiken was started by Mr. Jerry Liang in 2006 and it is a serious and responsible business. So far, we have hundreds of customers and especially returned customers from all over the world including areas like Virgin Islands.

*How long will I receive my order?
This depends on which country you are from. Generally speaking, it usually takes from aroud 4 to around 8 working days for the packages to arrive in your country after Babiken sends the package.
What shipping company do you use?
We usually use EMS, FedEx, DHL (maximum 3 phones) and UPS. but we will never use TNT again as TNT steals too easily.
*Can I designate which shipping company to use?
Generally yes. but our forwarder's advice will have the final say.
*Can I use my account number to pay by myself in the shipping companies?
Yes but you can not use it when a package contains a mobile phone.
*Can I pay the order and the shipping cost when the order arrives?
No, you can't.
We ship only when we receive the payment 100% including the freight.
*Why I can not track the order after you give us the tracking number?
Due to regulatory and shipping discount reasons, we do not go to the big shipping companies directly, we use the shipping service provided by forwarding companies. Therefore, there will be a time lag and it is impossible for you to track the package right afer we hand over it to our forwarder because the package can only be trackable when they are passed to the big shipping companies like FedEx, DHL, UPS or EMS. Generally you could track the packages in one or two working days after we send but it could take 4 days for the packages to show up when we use EMS.
*Will my package pass my customs?
Generally yes. but different countries have different situations. Some countries are not so tight with importing but others are very restrictive and trouble.
*Who will take care of importing with the customs?
The buyer. Babiken is in China and we will make sure the packages can go out of China without problems with Chinese customs but we can not control any customs in other countries. The buyers have to take care of the customs issue themselves with the guidance of the shipping company.
*What if our package were lost on the way? and who will take responsibility?
Through years of experience, chance of the lost of a package is slim. but it could happen. Buyers have to understand this risk when they do international business.
Surely if this happens, Babiken will try to work with our forwarder to try to get some compensation with the very shipping company (but the compensation usually is small if we could get any.).
Babiken under no circumstance, would take any responsibility for losing a package on the way as it is beyond Babiken's capability to control the package which is on the shipping company's hand.
