    I have this phone and it works to send and receive texts and make calls but a friend tried to send me some pictures and they didn\'t come through and the internet isn\'t working either even though it has web access supposedly. I contacted my service provider but they need more info about the phone to be able to help. It\'s something to do with codes. can you help?
